ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON REFUNDABLE!
If a package is lost in transit, we are not responsible for that. Please contact the postal service or courier service that handled the delivery.
If a product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 24 hours along with pictures so that we may rectify the situation. Beyond the 24 hour period from receipt of delivery, we will not be able to accommodate any return/refund request.
Company reserves the right to make a determination, whether the product that was claimed to be damaged or defective is actually damaged and defective when originally delivered to you. Requests for refunds and exchanges will be reviewed and determined on a case by case basis. Our company reserves the right to refuse to refund or exchange any product according to our reasonable discretion.
